The swollen and wounded memories faded
To reveal me the strength covered under sadness
The strength to beat the devil inside
Or to overpower him to work for goodness
Somber in my eyes is not the one you had known
It’s the pride now to know my self
Not merely for essence
But for the sake of it's wholeness
